I hate getting on Google and leaving bad reviews, however, I don’t want another mom to have the same experience I did. I had a long drive with my three young kids and, being a single mom; I needed a cheaper, safe place to stop to give my kids a break from being in the car. The google reviews weren’t terrible and the hotel was right off the highway so I thought this was perfect. The lobby was the nicest thing about the stay. And probably the cleanest. Our room was so dirty that my children’s feet were literally black after being barefoot in there for less than 2 hours. I could tell right away that it wasn’t the safest place for me to be staying alone with my 3 kids. There were a lot of people sitting in their cars in the parking lot. The guy working the front desk didn’t say one word to me or even ask for my ID when I checked in. There were people screaming and running down the hallway long past two AM, doors slamming, cars in and out of the parking lot with super loud music playing, which, honestly I wouldn’t care too much about if it wasn’t so loud that it woke my baby up several times through the night. Our TV in our room wouldn’t work. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone to figure out the password to the WiFi so I couldn’t play movies on my kids iPad. I did not feel even remotely safe and the ONLY thing about the staff that was nice was the man working to get the rooms ready. I would like a refund for my stay, had to leave the hotel and find another one

The toilet in the room didn’t work, there were no towels, shampoo/conditioner or trash can in the room. There were only 2 pillows for 2 queen beds. Terrible stay that we got a refund for 2nd night and went somewhere else.

It is clean , no bugs.

The only good thing about the stay was that the bed was pretty comfortable. The first room we had, the key card wouldn't work and we had to go to the front desk three different times - it still didn't work so they put us in a different room. Once we got in the room there were no pillows and no shower curtain!!! Tried to call the front desk - no phone in the room! So we had to go back down to the front desk again. They did bring pillows and a shower curtain. Also no washcloths and the sink in the kitchen area had no running water. I did not have high expectations considering the low cost for the room, however basic needs should have been met without having to go to the front desk several times!

It was a good stay for the price!
