Modern, newly refurbished 2-bedroom lower ground floor flat in Hove, a block back from the beach and the convenience of all the popular Church Road shops, bars and restaurants right on your doorstep.
With Hove railway station just a 10 minute walk (or 3 minute drive), where trains go directly to and from Gatwick Airport.
The accommodation is deceptively large with lots of natural light. Includes open plan living and kitchen area with smart TV, L-shaped couch, Sonos speaker in lounge area and a functional island/breakfast bar, induction hob, dishwasher, double sink, double oven and all new appliances and utensils in the kitchen.
Off the kitchen is a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and access to a small, private outside area.
Master bedroom includes king size bed and large walk-in wardrobe with chest of drawers and rack for storing clothes and suitcases. Second (small) bedroom includes a double bed and chest of draws.
The bathroom has an L-shaped bath with two types of shower heads (rain shower and hand held) and mirror cabinet plus extra storage drawers.
There is also a study area with a desk and chair with a door to block off sound from the lounge area, as well as a lobby area with full length mirror ideal for storing a bike or pushchair.
Perfect getaway place among the action of Hove and close to the beach, with all modern amenities including central heating.
Parking permits are available to guests, however guests will need to request this at least 5 days in advance of arriving so it can be organised.
