**The Space:**

- **Bedrooms:** 2 spacious bedrooms with comfy beds to ensure a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom and private balcony, while the second bedroom is equipped with a queen bed. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs in them.

-**Loft- A third queen size bed with dresser is accessed by the spiral staircase.

- **Bathrooms:** 2 bathrooms including fresh towels and a hairdryer.

- **Living Area:** A warm and inviting living room with two comfortable sofas one of which pulls out to a full-size bed. Large flat-screen TV, and a gas-burning fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure.

- **Kitchen:** A fully equipped kitchen with all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals. Paper towels, dish soap and dishwasher soap included.

- **Dining Area:** A charming dining space that comfortably seats six, ideal for enjoying meals with loved ones.

- **Balcony:** Step out onto the private balcony to take in the stunning views of Lake Levinsky or Lone Peak and the surrounding mountains. Enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine as you soak in the natural beauty. A propane grill is included with every unit.

**Guest Access:**

Guests have full access to the entire condo and all amenities within the Lake Condos complex. (Please note the Pool, Hot Tub and Fitness Area are currently under renovation and due to open in late November 2024) The main office is open 7 days a week 9-5pm to assist with any needs or questions you may have during your stay. Keys to the condo will be located in one of the two lock boxes outside the front of the main office. You will receive the lock box code directly from the resort prior to your arrival.
