Located in Holmes Beach, the home is only a short walk (approx. 6 min) to the beautiful Gulf beach. There is parking for one compact car in the garage and two cars in the driveway. You can also rent a golf cart from Hodo Golf Carts, Beach Bums or Zoom Around to explore the island at a leisurely pace. Alternatively, rent one of AMIBeachClub’s 6 bicycles - contact us for further details. There is also a free island trolley service which runs daily around the island (approximately every 20 min) with a trolley stop located just outside the property.

The lighthouse is a wonderful place to stay. Roomy, great kitchen and close to the beach. We had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay at the Lighthouse more than we could ever express. Seabreeze management was quick to respond to any questions and were so happy to help at any moment. We enjoyed the pool every day, as well as the amazing view standing atop the lighthouse balcony. This was an unforgettable experience. Clean house, aesthetic architecture and design, wonderful amenities, close proximity to the beach, amazing management... 10/10 stars in the heart of Anna Maria Island!

We loved our stay at the Lighthouse through sea breeze. The house was very well equipped, and was very clean. We will reserve through sea breeze again when we stay an Anna Maria Island.

The Lighthouse is fun and kitschy with model boats and JFK memorabilia throughout, my 3 year old son loved it and the small heated pool. It was equipped with everything needed. Overall, we did enjoy our time.

The Lighthouse is a fabulous, one-of-a-kind property on AMI. It is meticulously decorated with nautical and American memorabilia from top to bottom, and on the outside as well. From the furniture to the pictures, from the architecture to the models and knickknacks, no detail is too small. The house is spacious, well laid out, and has a lighthouse tower deck with wonderful views. Plenty of pool gear, plenty of dishes and kitchen space, ample rooms for working, dining watching movies, etc. It is a comfy home away from home, and The owners are terrific.

This was our 5th trip to AMI, we just love it here. This house was 1000% as described and Valerie was AMAZING with her communication. The only thing I would make a bit more clear is that Palm Blvd during our week was very busy with traffic. While not a huge deal, it was rather noisy from the vehicle traffic. Aside from that, the house was really perfect and was equipped with everything we could possibly need.
Oh, the pool and the pool deck area, fantastic!!!!
