Hello! My beautiful farmhouse is set up for you to experience a dream vacation with your family. My home is surrounded by vineyards and has incredible sunset views for you to enjoy while relaxing in the hot tub. In addition to the hot tub, the backyard has a heated pool, BBQ, outdoor shower and outdoor TV. Inside on the main floor you will find 3 large bedrooms with 2 kings and 1 queen (there is also a queen pullout couch downstairs). Enjoy the modern bathrooms featuring walk in showers as well!

Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire home all to themselves. Part of the basement is unfinished but the rest will be available to guests including living area, pullout couch and a basketball arcade game.

The pool is open June - Sept (exact dates are dependent on weather) and the hot tub is open all year round

The Neighborhood:
My house is just a 10 minute drive from Old Town in NOTL, and is also only 15 minutes away from Niagara Falls and all the restaurants/casinos! Its surrounded by the all the best vineyards in NOTL

Please note that lawn care, pool service and garbage removal may occur during your stay. It is scheduled routinely each week to ensure the property is well kept. Do not be startled by maintenance staff on site.
