The entire house will be yours to use. Included with this house are the pool and hot tub and, as mentioned previously, you will also have access to the various amenities located throughout the property, such as the volleyball court, pickle ball court, pavilion, gazebos, and dock space. Please note, the pickle ball court is shared with the homeowners who live in a third home on the 9 acre property.
