This modern and bright flat has three double bedrooms and two complete bathrooms, as well as a fully equipped independent kitchen. The living-dining room, which is located at the entrance of the flat, also has an exit to the large terrace of the flat, where one can enjoy any type of meal, as well as the sun rays. In addition, it has a parking space in the community's covered garage.
Thanks to its privileged location, one can enjoy both the beach and the town centre and all its services, but without the hustle and bustle of the latter, making it the ideal accommodation for guests looking for a holiday full of peace and tranquillity.
Its minimalist decoration and blue tones help to give the flat that vibe of tranquillity and Mediterranean style so characteristic of the coast, making it the ideal place to fully enjoy your holidays with family or friends.

1. To guarantee compliance with current regulations on citizen security, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, and may request the image of their ID and/or selfie from the tourist. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. For these purposes, the necessary measures will be adopted to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
2 . DISPOSAL OF MANDATORY GARBAGE Upon leaving the house, if leftovers of food/drinks or any other type of waste are left, a penalty of €200 will be charged from the deposit.
3. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Any damage caused to the furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
4. Tourist tax 1.10eur per person, maximum 7 days, applies to people over 16 years of age. (Law 5/2012, of March 20 of the Parliament of Catalonia)
5. Passport or travel document details will be required from all guests upon arrival.
6. The deposit will be blocked on the credit card at the time of delivery of the keys and will be released 7 days after departure if the house has not suffered any damage)
7. For long stays of more than 28 days, supply costs are not included.
8. Key collection: c/ Vilamar 88A, Calafell, Beach Front Apartment Agency. Arrivals after 21:00h. and Check-ins that end after 21:00h. will have a supplement of €50.
