A kitchen with all the utensils for gatherings, from breakfast to a snack on the balcony with friends or wine in front of the fireplace. All with exceptional views in an extremely clean and airy apartment with wooden floors, with sun all afternoon!

It is not possible to check in after 00:00 due to condominium convention rules. The hot water system in this property caters to the use of one shower at a time due to the high flow rate of the showers installed.

The location of the property is excellent and does not require the use of the car to go to the center for a walk, for lunch or dinner. The apartment is well decorated and up-to-date maintenance and our place has no problems with mold as it is well ventilated and regularly reviewed. The presence of heating in the rooms and the fireplace that I always do, the courtesy of lighting with wood on my own on the first night, are guarantees that you will not get cold.

Guests can use the condominium's barbecue area with prior reservation requested 7 days in advance.
