A perfect house in up town Sedona! It was extremely clean, very easy check-in process, the owner was very responsive. The location was perfect and 15-20 minutes to most trails or locations, and allowed us to hike in the morning, go back for lunch at the house and then hike all afternoon. The house is walking distance to down town areas with all the fun shopping, restaurants, Pink Jeep Tours, and so much more! I highly recommend, and if we end up back in Sedona we would 100% stay here again!

Property lives up to its pictures and description. Kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and other meals- only complaint was the pans were non-stick but the non-metal tools appropriate for non-stick were sparse. We loved the popcorn maker, and keriug coffee options as well as coffee pot were appreciated. The fireplace was great and used often. We also used the hot tub- we did use the cleaning cycle when we first arrived for some debris that was in the tub. It was hot and worked well. We did use the outdoor fire pit a few times but it was quite chilly at night. The washer and dryer worked well. As the listing stated the bedroom with two twins is on the opposite side of the house as the bathrooms. And the both bathrooms are accessible by going through the bedrooms. It wasn’t problematic for us as we had all the kids sharing the same bathroom. Beautiful town, and comfortable and well-appointed house to return to in the evenings.

The property was perfect for our multi-generational family trip. The entire time we were there, my husband kept saying, "This is such a nice vrbo." The check-in process was easy. The snack basket was incredibly thoughtful. Kitchen was incredibly well stocked and labeled. If you want to be in Uptown, you cannot beat the location. We loved walking to get coffee in the morning and then coming back and sitting on the front porch to enjoy the view. I will pass along this info for others - the listing clearly says the 3rd room has to use the bathrooms that are located in the other two bedrooms. But we did not realize that the 3rd bedroom was located on the other side of the house/kitchen. My elderly mother was going to stay in the 3rd room, but there is a small step down from the kitchen to the bedroom. We thought it was too far (plus the step) if she had to use the bathroom at night. It all worked out fine and we just switched around where everyone was sleeping. Not a problem, just info to pass on to others. Sedona was beautiful and if we get a chance to come back, we would love to stay here again!

This sweet home is so welcoming with perfect access to so many great spots in Sedona. The property manager was extremely helpful after having issues with vrbo website. My boys loved the hot tub and the outdoor area. We found the beds to be comfortable and all the kitchen amenities were nice! Such a great stay!!!

Wonderful stay within walking distance to many good restaurants and shops in Uptown Sedona. Home was clean, comfortable and appeared recently renovated. All the nice touches! Host was very responsive. Would definitely stay there again next time we are in Sedona.

We loved our stay and loved the house. The house is in a fantastic location- walking distance to shops and restaurants. We loved the backyard. The fire pit and hot tub were added bonuses. Lori was super responsive and very easy to work. Would definitely recommend.

House was great, lots of nice details to make the stay even nicer. Location in Uptown was perfect, we walked to most things. Sat on front porch and read each morning listening to the birds. Backyard space peaceful too. Manager great. Would definitely recommend.

Overall loved this property, could not have been better for a relaxing girls trip! Very clean, cozy and close to downtown. We were able to walk to restaurants & shops, then back home to relax by the firepit or in the hot tub. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at many rental properties and this was by far one of the best! It was spacious, very clean and comfortable and the location was great! The hosts thought of every detail including a nice selection of snacks for our arrival. Lori and Donna were very accessible for questions, the check-in/out process was clearly explained and very simple. We will definitely stay here again!

This property was perfectly suited to our group. Walking distance to several nice restaurants, brand new hot tub (awesome at the end of a full day of hiking), cozy fireplace in the living room, separate TV room, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms with all the amenities and supplies you’d need. And communication with the owner/manager group was great. Couldn’t have been happier here.

Everything about the property was fantastic. It's a great location, easy walking to Uptown Sedona as well as an easy drive to hiking, site seeing and groceries. The layout of the house gave everyone the space they needed and was very clean. There was even a small Christmas Tree which helped remind us of the season. Thank you for helping make this a wonderful family vacation!

For our Adults only weekend, I was concerned about the bathroom issue. I didn't realize until last minute that one of the couples would need to go through a bedroom to use the bathroom. I thought this would be a major inconvenience, but it wasn't. It was little uncomfortable for night time visits, but overall the house was so perfect, this little inconvenience was manageable. The house was immaculately clean. EVEN UNDER THE BEDS! I felt so comfortable , I could even walk on the wood floors without shoes because the floors were so clean. The bath rooms were clean and comfortable. The rain showers had great water pressure. EVERY need in the kitchen was met! ( Except for a cocktail muddle, and i would not expect that) Even a little snack basket, which was perfect for late night munchies. I loved having the options for coffee. THE HOT TUB! What a great addition to this property! The hot tub was clean and easy to use. We sat 5 adults in the tub on a beautiful night. Because Sedona is a dark sky city, we were able to turn off the lights and stargaze. It was a great way to end the day. THE LOCATION! It was fabulous being able to walk to delicious dinners and drinks. Perfect to not need to drive at all, and have access to all of down town Sedona. And the views from the front of the property were beautiful. Its a perfect spot to sip on coffee and watch the sun rise. This is a great property to enjoy the Sedona views and fun.

We had a great time at this property! We were pleased when we first arrived at how spotless the house was! The welcome basket of snacks was also appreciated especially to take with us on our hikes. The location of the house is ideal. The backyard is a relaxing oasis, not to be overshadowed by the amazing hot tub! Would definitely recommend this property!
