I love this hotel for it's grandiose building, but it has been twic that i have asked for a specific type of room and have not received it. I will see about reserving thru the hitel itself next time.

Beautiful hotel. However, little things could made better. First key card would not open hallway door. Had to go back and reprogram card again ,which is no big deal but more people did show up with same problem. .next, tub was not clean and second day staying it did got clean. No tv. No channel..

Dated hotel, old and kind of run down. Not very clean. Not the room we reserved but only available. Gym is good, breakfast is good and staff is nice. Probably would not stay again.

When I check in, the room was warm, but it was hot outside. When I arrived back to the room to get ready to meet my group I went to Laredo to meet, the room was unbearable. I notified the front desk after I got dressed and they sent maintenance up to look @the a/c. I was already pushing it on time for our dinner reservations. There was nothing they could do so they offered to move me to another room. As stated, I didn’t have the time to move, as I was now running late. I had no choice but to stay in the room. Upon checkout, they saw the notation from maintenance that the a/c needed to be fixed. I did not even receive an apology, much less some sort of discount. This is not a cheap hotel, and I expected MORE from them than the way I was treated. Nice property, but on my next trip there, I WILL NOT be staying there. I have recommended this place to a lot of my friends and colleagues in the past, but not so sure I will now.

Had a nice pleasent stay

I can’t say enough about the staff at La Posada Hotel, other than, they went above and beyond to makes us feel welcomed, comfortable and all of needs were not only met, they were exceeded. I would highly recommend any family with or without pets to stay at this lovely getaway. R & R

I was very worried about travel and hotel stay during COVID-19. Staff was very careful and they even had temperature check which was fantastic. The pool was open and very clean. It was a great stay thank you.

I have stayed at less pricing hotels for better service ... no microwave??simply the staff in the front seemed unwilling to accommodate.Will never go back to that hotel.

All of the staff is unique and gracious. I’ve never been in a place that the staff constantly helping or waiting on you in anyway they can there’s so many that I met and saw in the hotel I can’t name all of them but, they all were each and everyone of them helpful!!!

the front staff was very nice and friendly when we checked in .. we were given room with the AC not working we called and notified front desk and they apologized and assigned us a new room which was a few rooms down the hall.. rooms are spacious but the lighting is very dark, beds are comfortable to sleep in, they have coffee machine and fridge which is very convenient, pool is nice but jacuzzi was not working when we stayed (we were really looking forward that) free continental breakfast (don’t recommend wasting your time) you only get juice, a muffin, small cup of fruit and yogurt, valet and self parking is $9 per night, hotel needs a lot of remodeling/upgrading and the hallways have a sewer smell I really thought my experience was going to be better since the hotel had a 4 star rating but unfortunately don’t think I would stay here again
