This newly renovated, bright and modern home is “1930’s meets 2019” at its best. Newly upgraded mattresses and two new, full size, single bed frames (Nov 2019). Close to the highway and just 5 minutes from the downtown Kitchener Tech hub and Farmers Market. Easy access to city transit makes this location ideal for business people, getaways, or other. A short drive to the Kitchener Aud., Lot 42, or walk the trail to Victoria Park. Equipped with CableTV, Netflix, highspeed WiFi, and more!
1930’s home fully renovated in loft styling. Up-to-date kitchen equipped with essentials and new modern appliances. Bathroom is clean and spacious with tub/shower unit. Master bedroom is a queen bed with new mattress and beautiful memory foam topper by Waterloo Mattess. 2nd bedroom has two full sized singles with with new mattresses as of November 2019! The living area has a very comfortable queen sofa bed. Living room is open concept and has 50” cable tv.

Guests have access to all living spaces on the first and second floors.
We have installed a NoiseAware noise monitoring system in the home. This tamper-proof monitor is used to measure decibel levels (noise levels) within the home. It does NOT record or monitor conversations, it is simply used to track how loud it is at a given time. The exterior is also subject to video surveillance. Thank you for you understanding.
