- This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $250 per day, per pool, but must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Pool heat requires a 2 day minimum. Pool heat is available in September, October, March, April & May.
