Enjoy fantastic shops, bars and restaurants and the local attractions of Chichester Festival Theatre, Cathedral, and Pallant House Gallery. This is the perfect base to explore the nearby South Downs, Goodwood Estate (horse-racing, Festival of Speed and Revival) and West Witterings beach.
The space
As you enter the property, you’ll be greeted by a welcoming armchair alongside a thoughtfully curated selection of reading materials and board games—perfect for a cozy family day spent indoors. This area offers a tranquil spot for unwinding with a good book or enjoying some friendly competition.

Continuing through, you'll find the inviting living area. Here, a plush sofa and an additional armchair create a comfortable setting for relaxation. The living space also features a smart TV with Freeview channels, so you can catch up on your favorite shows. For streaming services, please use your own logins.

Further along, you’ll discover the fully equipped kitchen, designed to meet all your culinary needs. It boasts a microwave, toaster, fridge-freezer, kettle, dishwasher, gas hob, oven, and coffee machine. The adjacent dining area, which comfortably seats four, is perfect for enjoying meals together, whether it’s a casual breakfast or a festive dinner with friends and family.

Upstairs, you'll find two well-appointed bedrooms, each featuring comfortable double beds. Both rooms are equipped with small in-built wardrobes and storage shelves, and there is also ample space underneath the beds for storing luggage and bags. There is a family bathroom with a shower.

Step outside to the patio garden, where you’ll find a dining set ideal for alfresco meals. This outdoor space is perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sun or winding down with an evening drink, making it a versatile spot for relaxation and socialising.

Convenient street parking is available at the front of the house. You will have exclusive access to the entire cottage, with professional management services ensuring cleanliness, fresh linens, and towels between each stay. Remote self-check-in allows for flexible arrival times, and our 24/7 guest support is available to assist you during your visit.

Upon arrival, complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits await you, providing a warm welcome after a long journey. We provide fresh white bedding and towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person) and offer miniature travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Additionally, a kitchen pack is included, featuring essentials such as kitchen roll, Jeyes cloths, sponges, washing up liquid, bin liners, tea towels, washing pods, and dishwasher tablets. Loo rolls are also provided for your convenience. Should you require more supplies, a Co-Op is nearby on Spitalfield Lane.

We welcome pets in our property, but kindly review the Pet section under 'Other things to note' before booking to ensure compliance with our guidelines.
Guest access
You will have exclusive access to the entire house and garden, with professional management services ensuring cleanliness, fresh linens, and towels between each stay. Remote self-check-in allows for flexible arrival times, and our 24/7 guest support is available to assist you during your visit. The area itself is perfect for walking around to explore the area, but there is a bus station on the main road, and the closest train station is Chichester Train Station with is a 15-20 minute walk from the property.

Parking
There is space for a cars to park at the front of the property. Permits are required which we will provide.

Check In / Check Out
Check in time is after 4pm and check out time is before 10am. Please can we ask that you check out on time to prevent any disruption to the cleaner's schedule.
Please note a fee of £100 for lost keys and £50 for call outs if locked out.

Pets
One small, well behaved dog is welcome to join you on your holiday in the cottage, for an additional fee of £30 to cover extra cleaning. Please message in advance with the details of your pet (breed/age).
- Dogs must be well behaved and house trained.
- Please do not allow them upstairs or on the furniture.
- Please clear up after them in the garden and around the property.
- Muddy paws should be cleaned before they are allowed in the house.
- Please do not leave them alone in the property.

There is a cot and high chair in the property for your use, but please bring your own cot bedding and linen.

The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card.

During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus transaction fee) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
