Located downtown in close proximity to all the sporting events, concerts, night life and conventions makes this the perfect home for family reunions, corporate retreats, or group getaways.

This home provides unparalleled comfort with each bedroom having its own private bathroom. The formal living room features an antique cozy fireplace (non-functioning) and elegant furnishings that sets the stage for delightful gatherings. Adjacent to the living room is a custom-made table that will be the first thing to grab your eyes when you enter the home. This space provides seating for 14 for large family meals or games all at one table.

You'll surely enjoy a large, covered porch with comfortable seating options for afternoon conversations among friends and family. We also provide a charcoal grill. (You must purchase your charcoal)

We offer business WiFi, Roku or Smart Tv’s so you can stream from all your favorite apps while on vacation.

THE PROPERTY:
One primary bedroom suite is located downstairs. This suite is a perfect family bedroom, with a king-size bed, a queen sleeper sofa, dual nightstands and lamps, a ceiling fan, and a Smart TV. The ensuite bath features a walk-in shower.

Upstairs, four additional bedroom suites round out this fantastic home.

Three suites offer two queen-size beds each.

The fourth provides a queen-size bed.

Each ensuite bath features a pedestal sink, a walk-in shower, and fluffy white towels.

Those who have to check in with the office will find a private work space on the second floor, including a desk and chair.

A convenient half-bath is located on the first level.

The Ultimate Game Room Experience: We have thoughtfully added incredible amenities to enhance your stay, including a game room with a Nintendo Switch, gaming chairs, foosball, arcades, and more.

We also welcome pets as part of the family, but to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, we implement a pet fee of $100 per pet per stay. Guests must notify us in advance if they plan to bring a pet; a maximum of two pets are allowed per rental unit. Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets, and adherence to pet-related house rules, such as leash requirements and waste disposal guidelines, is required. By booking with us and bringing a pet, guests agree to comply with these terms. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

We offer contactless check-in and utilizes Yale home automation to give you peace of mind and a seamless check-in experience. Arrival Instructions will be sent to your email 24 hours prior to your check-in date.

There are 4 parking spaces in the rear of the property behind the covered porch. Additional street parking is available in the cul-de-sac.

We strive to provide an exceptional experience to every guest who walks through our doors. All properties we manage undergo a “150-point inspection” to ensure a high level of cleanliness for your comfort and peace of mind.
