We landed at Tulasi Airport at 1 AM, only to find out that the hotel we had booked was closed. There was no help from the travel agent at that hour, which left us scrambling for options. We quickly looked up nearby hotels, and that’s how we found ibis Airport. The hotel is super convenient – it’s literally right next to the airport exit. You just walk out, take a slope up, and you’re there. This was a huge relief given how late it was. The check-in process was smooth, even though there was a slight issue with the confirmation from Booking.com because we had booked just moments before. But the person at the front desk was incredibly understanding. They reassured us that everything would be sorted, and the other booking would automatically cancel without any extra charge. The staff’s friendly and helpful attitude made things so much easier for us, especially after a long day. The room was great – functional and really well thought out. It had everything we needed, and you could tell a lot of attention went into making the space comfortable. What really stood out was how clean and well-maintained everything was. The room was spotless, and you could tell they take pride in keeping things in top shape. Overall, ibis Airport saved the day for us. From the prime location to the smooth service and clean, comfortable rooms, it was exactly what we needed at that moment. I’d highly recommend it if you’re looking for a convenient place to stay near the airport.

it was great experience! to see finally hotel in Tbilisi near the airport! Especially will be great for people with big layover, cancelled or delayed flights, also for the ones who are here for business for few days! food was literally amazing and staff was super friendly and helpful! room was clean and minimalistic! Slept amazing thanks for the great pillows :) and no noise !

It’s a brand new hotel with terrific rooms. The decor is great. The space is well laid out and the staff was so friendly. Plus, I just walked to the airport terminal. Perfect!

The comforter was a little stiff and there was no coffee in the room. Everything else was great.
