This property is lovingly managed by Niche Holidays Noosa who are available to answer guests' queries before, during or after their stay.
HOUSE RULES:
- Minimum age requirement of 21, must provide ID upon check-in
- Guest who has made the booking must be staying at the property
- We do not accept bookings for events including hens/bucks, weddings or other occasions such as schoolies
- Strictly no loud/offensive music or behaviour is permitted at any time
- Smoking is not permitted within this property
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
- The property can accommodate an 8th guest via a trundle bed in the bunks room for an additional charge of $100. To request this bed, please inform Niche Holidays at the time of booking so we can arrange this ahead of your arrival.
- Guests must climb stairs as this is a second-storey apartment and the complex does not have a lift.
- The master bedroom is light and bright; the window above the bed does not currently have curtains or blinds.
- This is a self-contained property. Linen, bath towels and beach towels are provided with two washing machines and a clothes dryer available for your convenience. A starter consumables pack is provided which includes an initial supply of tea, coffee, milk, shampoo, conditioner, soap & toilet paper. This is not intended to be an exhaustive supply so depending on your length of stay and usage, you may need to purchase additional consumable items during your stay.

Sunshine Coast Airport (MCY) located in Marcoola is serviced by Jetstar, Virgin Australia and Qantas domestically as well Air New Zealand who provide seasonal flight services. Alternatively, Brisbane Airport is both an international and domestic gateway to Queensland with regular transfers to the Sunshine Coast.
ConXion operate door-to-door airport shuttle services from both Brisbane Airport and Sunshine Coast Airport seven days a week and Niche can also happily provide contact details of preferred private airport transfer companies/drivers upon request.
Rideshare services such as Uber and DiDi as well as taxis are readily available on the Sunshine Coast but can be unreliable later in the evening.
Suncoast Cabs provide taxi services and can be more reliable later in the evening than rideshare services. The best way to order a cab is via the Suncoast Cabs app.
Translink provide the convenience of bus travel all across the Sunshine Coast including Noosaville, Noosa Heads, Peregian Beach, Peregian Springs, Coolum, Maroochydore and Cooroy.
Travellers will require a Translink 'Go Card' - an electronic ticket for all Translink bus, train (including Airtrain), ferry and tram services in greater Brisbane, Ipswich, Sunshine Coast, and Gold Coast regions which must be purchased and topped up prior to travel. Please note: the ‘Go Noosa Weekends’ initiative offers free travel on weekends on Translink routes 626, 627, 628, 629 and 632 and the ‘Go Noosa Holidays’ initiative offers free travel during Christmas and Easter school holidays on select services including the popular 65 Go Noosa Loop Bus.
