Should have read reviews before booking. Place is not as shown on pictures. Sheets stained on arrival, bathroom looks like I interrupted the builders halfway, scratches on every surface and the room door was too short for the frame which resulted in light and loud noises from the hallway. Incredible someone would put their name on this place.
1 star for service though, they came and changed sheets first thing next day I notified them.

Very very bad experience. When booking we saw good reviews so we were excited to come but the week before coming we suddenly saw all the reviews had become very bad. We went in with an open mind thinking we would see how it is and experience it for ourselves but it was a very bad experience. The self check in worked fine we had no problems with that. It is a bit annoying that you can only start checking in at 15:00 exact and if you arrive 5 minutes before you have to wait but that’s unfortunately the least of the worries. After the check in everything went downhill. We had dirty sheets and towels. Once we made a complaint about it they wanted to charge us money to get a towel renewal. The towels were full of stains and the hotel claims they’re clean they just have stains that won’t come out. If you’re a hotel and you charge almost €100 per night for a small room you can not give your customers towels with stains even if they’re “clean” this is unacceptable that’s basic knowledge. And especially trying to charge customers for wanting clean and spotless towels that’s a scam. I will never ever be coming back here and I hope no one will ever book again because this business needs to learn what it is like to run a hotel. We were not the only ones having issues. Our second day we got woken up by knocks on the front door and our bedroom windows because other customers had complaints aswell. Maybe this hotel needs to start investing money back into making the hotel personal again.

It is limited in what it provides (e.g. no TV or cupboard) but even in the limited things that were there, it was awful - no shower door so the bathroom floor got wet and slippy; no bath map to mop it up; no working soap dispenser in the shower; a flimsy door offering little security; old towels and bedding. And of course no staff anywhere to complain to or get things changed, Also the photos of reception is misleading.

Hotel is very centric.
The fact that my mobile is needed to check in/ open doors and check out made me feel uncomfortable depending of internet connection and battery.

There is no staff at all at the hotel. To enter is all digitally.Also from the customer service no one was reachable before to answer questions. Also they did not answer mails. No service at all. To get into the hotel and room was difficult with information they sent us. Luckily there was another guest who helped us to get in. We were disappointed.
