For us the location was excellent, close by family and friends we were visiting, in a quiet cul-de-sac. It is very close to public transport into the city center and the motorway network is less than 5 minutes drive away. Local shops are a 10 minute walk and large supermarkets a 5 minute drive. The facilities were what you would expect from a house, but the only thing we really made use of were the showers. It's cheaper than two hotel rooms in the center of Manchester and next time we're over visiting family and friends we'll stay here again.

Manchester in November is cold and wet, nothing the owners can do about that. When we finally arrived after a 4 hour flight delay, the house was really cold as the boiler had been turned off. After turning the boiler on, the house eventually became nice and warm. At the moment, storage space for coats and clothing is limited, hopefully this will improve in the future.

Arrived to the house freezing cold but we called and they did come out to fix the boiler within an hour. Only issue was the bins outside. Not sure if there was guests just before us but there was piles and piles of rubbish bags outside the front door. That had clearly been there for a while as they had all been opened my wild animals.
