Smoking Policy:
We’re a smoke-free home, so no smoking indoors, please! If you’d like to smoke, feel free to use the designated outdoor areas (if available).

Parties & Events (Pre-Approval Required):
Love hosting a gathering? We’re happy to consider small parties or events with prior approval—just let us know! We ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum.

Furry Friends Welcome (Pre-Approval Required):
Pets are part of the family, and we’re happy to welcome yours with prior approval! A $45 pet fee helps us keep the space comfy for all guests.

Quiet Hours:
We want everyone to have a restful stay! Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM—perfect for winding down and enjoying peaceful nights.

Maximum Occupancy:
The space is set up for up to 6 guests, but if you’re planning to bring a larger group, just let us know in advance. We’ll make sure there are extra towels and linens ready for you (an additional fee applies for groups larger than 6).

Parking:
Street parking is available for your convenience. Please use the designated spots to avoid any issues.
