This well loved family home will be sure to impress from the moment you arrive. The grandeur of the property is intriguing, yet homely with multiple living spaces, five individually styled bedrooms and approx. 5 acres of private garden with rich history to discover. Embark the countryside with lots of walks and cycle routes at your doorstep, dine at the cosy local pub just a short walk away. Just a 5 minute drive away, Henley-On-Thames town centre offers plenty of family-friendly facilities and activities as well as a good selection of restaurants and shops. The property begins with a grand entrance with a long sweeping drive and plenty of parking. Seating up to X guests the beautiful glass conservatory is a perfect setting to wine, dine and entertain with views across the garden. Once replenished, retire to the drawing room where you can relax and unwind on the sumptuous sofas with ambience of the crackling log fire or head to the snug room to kick back and watch a film. The kitchen has everything you will need to self-cater with ease, including a hob, oven, large fridge freezer. There are multiple rooms with entertainment for the whole group to enjoy, including a games room with a table tennis. The house features five luxurious and individually designed bedrooms which two have their own en-suite bathrooms and the other three bedrooms share two further family bathrooms. Outside, you will have access to approx. five acres of private gardens full of enchanting surprises, with lawned areas, flower beds adorned with seasonal blooms. It’s the perfect place to gather for BBQs in the summer months. To entertain the children there is a children’s play area in the main garden. Please note there is a right of way footpath on the land, there is also a chicken coop in the main garden where you will find several chickens with fresh eggs.
