The Quarters #1 is located within a small pretty building housing 4 vintage rustic cabin style rooms. Tucked away in remote Strahan, on Tasmania's rugged West Coast. Across the road from the harbour and a lovely level 6 min walk along the foreshore to the village, boat cruises and train terminal. Unwind in your three level loft, amid pine and gum trees, harbour and rivulet. Enjoy the simple pleasures of quality textiles and freshly brewed coffee. The bottom level houses the lounge, dining nook and kitchenette. The bathroom is on the middle level with the gorgeous bedroom in the top floor. With high pitched roof and Juliette balcony, the bedroom is warm and welcoming.
Directly across from small foreshore beach with beautiful sunsets and views of Macquarie Harbour. Walking distance via waters edge pathway to Hogarth Falls, shops, restaurants, train and boat cruise terminals. With a focus on chilling out rather than tuning in, your time at The Quarters will leave you completely revived. The Quarters is far removed from your fast paced lifestyle and offers the opportunity to wander unspoiled wilderness attractions. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.
Please be aware that our property is a 3-level timber and tin construction, and it includes separate flights of stairs to access each level. As such, it may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues or difficulties navigating stairs. We value the safety and comfort of our guests, and we want to ensure that you have a pleasant stay. If you have any concerns about accessibility or mobility, we recommend considering these factors before making a reservation.
