Tout était parfait, l'accueil de Lisa nous a tout de suite mis à l'aise dans la maison. Elle avait préparé tout le nécessaire pour que nous puissions profiter à 100% de la villa. La décoration est très bien choisie et les équipements tout à fait à niveau.

The villa- the inside is as spectacular as the outside. The pride the owners take in the presentation and quality of the villa is plain to see in every square inch, immaculate throughout with everything you could ever need. The pool is sublime. The linen on the sunbeds and (several!) seating areas are pristine, offering lovely shaded spots from the pool which was in full sun all day. Located in a residential area, it’s lovely and peaceful and the beautiful plants and trees make you feel you are in a tropical paradise (dramatically lit up at night too!). Yet, you are less than 10 mins drive into Ibiza town and not much longer to several of the popular beach clubs and restaurants. The villa is well suited to every age too- we were a group aged from 2-70 and we were all entirely taken care of with lovely surprises for our daughters (2,6,9) .. and a generously stocked fridge with welcome drinks and treats for the adults. The villa manager- Lisa’s personalised attention to detail was second to none. From the moment we booked, Lisa was on hand to answer any questions we had, assist with bookings, make recommendations, predicting our needs before we even knew them, was top class and we can’t thank her enough! We will certainly be back- we can’t imagine anywhere ever coming close to the quality we have enjoyed here. Thanks so much again to all the team at Villa Serenity.

There is not a single negative to remark on.

Lisa the host made us familiar with all the details. She was really helpful and always reachable if we needed something. She was friendly and polite. The villa was just perfect, new renovated, spacious rooms, the bathroom downstairs was just amazing. The pool was clean and the villa has a big outside aerea with big sunbeds, hammock and relaxing aerea. If available i will book this villa definately again.

Nothing…all was perfect

Absolutely beautiful villa, with everything you could possibly need for a fun and comfortable stay. Great location near to town and lots of bars/restaurants. We were even provided with wine, soft drinks, fruit and snacks on our first day which was such a great touch and is not something I’ve experienced before in a villa. Lisa the villa manager is amazing, so friendly and couldn’t have done more for us - she helped us so many times with booking taxis, suggesting great places to visit, and was always super quick to respond. She really made our stay extra special and I hope to see her again next year! Thanks Lisa and Villa Serenity for a fantastic stay, 10/10 x

Absolutely nothing

I was simply impressed by this property and the gentleness of our host. I have never seen so much love to details - all fit for purpose to let me and my five adult kids enjoy an unforgettable vacation. My respect to the owners of this beautiful property and the dedication to reaching such perfect harmony. Also a special thanks and a big hug to our host and villa manager who was incredible in organizing and managing our stay. - Thank you Lisa, see you definitively next year!

I really tried, just out of personal curiosity, to find something that I could do better if I was the owner/host. After a few days, I gave up - with a smile.

Highly recommend! We had a fantastic time, food and wine is within a couple of minutes. The villa is clean and great for gatherings, bbq lunch pool and music. The host was extremely helpful and the location on the island is amazing.

The villa , pool and outside areas were stunning, And one of the best service area from the manager Lisa she was exceptional, nothing was too much bother, so helpful and wonderful, made our stay!

Maybe some sun parasols for the sun beds?
