We allow our guests to self check-in. Codes will be given to you 7 hours before check-in time.

Neighborhoods around the lake vary in character, but many offer picturesque views and access to water-related activities such as boating, fishing, and swimming. Additionally, Lake Ozark is known for its tourist attractions, including resorts, golf courses, and shopping centers.

The house is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

Inside, you'll find comfort and style in our three spacious bedrooms, each equipped with charging stations and smart TVs. The bunk room is a hit with kids, while both bathrooms feature shower and tub combos, stocked with our signature toiletries to help you pack light. The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, and coffee lovers will adore our gourmet coffee bar—complete with syrups to craft your perfect morning brew before heading out to enjoy the lake.

With two large living areas, a generous dining table, and a breakfast nook, Hickory Haven has plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy. And when it's time for some friendly competition, we've got you covered with board games and more for a fun-filled game night. Entertainment is never far away, All TVs are smart TVs and you are able to connect and stream all your favorite shows from your personal account.

★Pet-Friendly & Convenient★
Hickory Haven welcomes your furry family members too (for a small fee of $20 per pet per night), with space for up to two housebroken pets under 25 pounds.

★Parking★
Available for 2-3 vehicles, with additional parking on the roadside. Garage parking directing in front of home (not in neighbor lots). Room for 3 small cars or two large SUVs, additional parking available at top of hill on side of road. Do not park in neighbor parking areas or you are subject to towing.

While the quiet cove offers the perfect spot to unwind (with enforced quiet hours from 10pm-8am), you're just a quick Uber ride from the Bagnell Dam Strip, where you can explore the vibrant dining, shopping, and nightlife scene. After a night out, return to your lakeside sanctuary and wake up to the most stunning view you can imagine.

Traveling with little ones or need extra fun gear? For your convenience, air mattresses, kayaks, lily pad floats, high chairs, and travel cribs are available upon request! Please let us know at the time of booking so we can have everything ready for your stay!

House Rules:
Quiet Hours: Adherence to quiet hours from 10pm to 8am is requested to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
No Events or Loud Music: We prioritize the comfort and well-being of our neighbors and guests, no loud music after 10pm, no large events, parties or gatherings to be hosted at the property.
Guest Policy: Only guests included in your reservation at the time of booking are allowed on the property. Additional guests or visitors are not permitted at any time.
Non-Smoking Property: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on balconies or decks, in accordance with local ordinances.
Pet Policy: If you planning on bringing your furry family members they must be under 25 pounds and reported at the time of booking as additional daily pet cleaning fees of $20 per pet per day applied. Limit of 2 pets total. Must be kept on a leash while outside property and house broken. You are responsible for any damages that might happen during your stay from your pet. Pets can not be left in the unit unattended. Must have all current vaccinations.
Upon Departure: Our dedicated cleaning staff will promptly prepare the home for our next guests. To avoid additional charges, we kindly request adherence to the designated checkout time of 10am. Late checkout fees may apply, unless otherwise arranged with your host in advance. Please do not ask for a late checkout during the months of May-September as we usually are booked solid and unable to accommodate such requests.

Age Requirement: Bookings from guests under 25 may be subject to approval or cancellation, as we prioritize the safety and comfort of all guests and our owner preferences. Upon booking you will be asked to verify your age by presenting an ID. Failure to be able to provide a valid ID that matches name of booking will result in reservation cancellation with no refunds.
Review Requirement: Bookings with insufficient reviews or ratings below 5 stars may be subject to review and further verification.
Feedback and Reviews: Guests who do not comply with house rules may forfeit the chance to leave a public review.

Long-Term Stays:
For reservations over 60 days, we offer a monthly cleaning service for $500.

We recommend travel insurance to protect your booking, as our cancellation policies remain in effect.

By booking this home, you agree to our house rules. Guests are responsible for personal injuries during their stay and any items left behind. Guests also allow entry for maintenance with 12 hours' notice.
