It's ok. I spent 2 nights for tourism after a conference and it was fine for a short stay. Positive points: spacious room, well-isolating windows, breakfast on-site, they didn't have gym but gave me access to a neighboring hotel gym. Negative points: wifi connexion didn't work, the pillows were uncomfortable for me, the furniture and its condition was certainly not for a 4 star hotel (I couldn't believe it's a 4-star hotel).

Loved this place! The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was much better than expected. Beds were comfortable and rooms larger than expected (after having read many reviews on the size of hotel rooms in Sweden, we expected smaller but were pleasantly surprised!). The location is incredible, walking distance to shops / restaurants. 10/10 would recommend! We were sad to leave

The staff were friendly and very helpful: I was able to book breakfast quite flexibly, extend my check-out, and spend some comfortable time in the lobby catching up with work. Some small things in the room (it's a little old), but nothing to sneeze at, and above all at an excellent price too. Highly recommended.

Good location, nice breakfast. Hotel has a curious layout that the children thought was fun to explore. The room was cold the first night, the second night we were given an extra portable heater. Drains smell bad.

Nice hotel located in nice area. Breakfast was 10 out of 10. Super kind staff. Recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Stockholm. It’s located central too.

Great place to be. Very well located. Nice 7-eleven corner store a few meters away. Around the corner from the main pedestrianized shopping street in Stockholm. Clean and hospitable. The front desk team are a delight. 🤩 The breakfast crew are stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Breakfast could do with a bit more variation, but it is quite good indeed (for someone who stayed three nights only). Maybe a few more TV channels in English (or/and even other languages) would be appreciated too. Stockholm is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. You can't go wrong in this place! 🌍🌐🛩🥳

For 632 sek for one night i can't complain. The room wasn't newly refurbished but absolutely in a good condition. The hotel building is a little like a maze, since the majority of the rooms are located in a building located in the "back" of the main building, altough connected via a hallway. First you have to take the elevator to the 4th floor and then follow the signs and then take a second elevator up or down depending on what floor your room is located. As long as you are able to read signs it shouldnt be a problem. Hotel is situated fairly close to subway stations (approx 7-8 minutes to walk) and also close to the railway station (10-15 minutes walking distance) Overall a nice stay, with the classic Scandic breakfast - wich doesent leave you hungry. Good bang for the buck!

For the money you pay, I believe this is a totally okay hotel. It comes with a nice breakfast buffet. My room was in a good standard and it was clean. The location is, in my opinion, very good. It takes only minutes to walk to the main shopping street or to the central train station and metro station. If you stay more than one night, don’t forget to ask the reception you want to have the room cleaned and the bed made, as they don’t do this if you don’t ask for it. This is a new hotel policy with Scandic in order to “save the environment” …or maybe to “save more money and increase the profit”?

The buffet breakfast is decent which has a variety. Location is adequate and not too far from old town. Room size fine. Room dated appearance but overall fine. No fridge in our room though we wouldn’t be using it much.
