• ​For your safety, external cameras are installed to monitor outdoor areas, including entrances, certain yard spaces, and the hot tub. The camera by the hot tub is only reviewed during quiet hours to ensure it is closed, in compliance with the homeowner association’s strict rules to keep the neighbourhood peaceful and quiet for everyone to enjoy. Rest assured, no cameras are placed in any private areas.
• Please note that a noise monitoring device is also installed to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and to comply with local regulations.

• Maximum Occupancy: please note that a $50 charge per person will apply for groups exceeding 10 guests.
• Parking: up to 8 vehicles. No street parking allowed.
• Pets: $50 per pet/stay. Dogs only, 2 max. They are not allowed on the furniture, especially on the beds.
• Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. A minimum $250 penalty will be charged for evidence of smoking.
• Quiet hours: please do not use the outdoor amenities, including the hot tub, between 11 pm and 7 am to comply with local noise restrictions
