1. Bed too firm. 2. Bell/sound in elevator was loud and piercing. 3. No water available at breakfast! [huge oversight!]. 4. Computer system enormously slow [took 15 minutes to check in and another 10 to check out], or staff was not properly trained on system.

First a $75 misc charge??? To Be Returned at checkout, provided. Door was not secure. Could not get the door latch to connect solidly with the door frame. Useless hot water at the sink.

They could not find our reservation. The T.V did not work, then they call & text in the middle of the night.

There are 2 Hampton inn west in Amarillo so finding which one is the correct one is a bit of a pain also this Hampton is brand new so they haven’t quite worked the bugs out of their door locks so it took 2 trips to the desk and a desk clerk to get in my room but the hotel was really nice and clean once we got past all the operating hiccups

Brand new property just be careful there are two Hampton West in Amarillo use the actual street address. This location was much better than the other one !
