The Space:
This spacious villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests in its 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living room, and dining area. The one bedroom boasts a King bed and the other a queen and a bunk bed. For additional guests, there's the option of using an air mattress, ensuring flexibility for larger groups. Enjoy the breathtaking golf course views from the private terrace, and take advantage of the shared pool and security within the gated complex. GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT

All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy unrestricted access to the villa and its amenities, which include a pool and beach access. For added convenience, towels are provided within the unit. Additionally, within close proximity, the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Beach Resort and Spa offers a range of additional amenities and services available for separate fees.

These amenities include pools, a spa, a gym, a casino, and access to the nearby Margaritaville Club. To ensure smooth access and reference to any specific details or access information, guests are encouraged to refer to posted signs, placards, and the provided access information at gate entrances. Your stay promises both relaxation and adventure with a variety of options at your fingertips.

The neighborhood offers a serene and peaceful environment, with the added allure of proximity to nearby casinos. Getting Around:
To ensure easy and convenient access, we highly recommend having a car during your stay. Walking through the gate may be challenging, so having a vehicle at your disposal will enhance your mobility and overall experience in the area. Other Things to Note:
One important detail to note is that each time you need to access the gated villa, you will need to be buzzed in through the gate. This security measure ensures your safety and privacy during your stay. Please keep this in mind for your convenience and adherence to the access protocol. There are some stairs to get up to the Villa to be able to enjoy the view. It is on the third floor
