Nice rooms, great staff. Buffet is pretty mediocre and restaurant food isn’t good especially for the price. Would recommend staying here but would suggest eating and drinking off the property.

The hotel is good. The negative view i had is with the restaurant staff. They were rude with us even though we were nice with them. Probably because we were arabs.

Air conditioner in room wasn’t powerful enough to cool the room

Amazing location, charming little town.

Probably the best resort on Railay Beach. Beautiful location. Pool and restaurant are beach front. One negative is that the only beach chairs were at the pool. None of the resorts have umbrellas or chairs for the actual beach, which I suppose is because of the limited space. The restaurant was mediocre, which is the reason for 4 starts. While the free breakfast was pretty good - eggs cooked your own way, variety of hot foods. It is halal. BUT we had to hunt down servers to get our check every afternoon. Food is just ok on regular menu, Thai food much better than the other choices. We had a cute cottage with enclosure. Very cute, but couldn't use jacuzzi because the water seemed to back up into it...

The great place- there are not enough chairs by the pool and ocean so that was a hustle. But everything was great!

The first impression was not great, as I asked for directions on how to get to the hotel and they just answered with their own overpriced transport service, which qas more than double what it costs to get a taxi from the airport + boat. The rooms were big but just ok for the price. The star of the hotel is the pool and the facilities by the beach, which we enjoyed a lot. Receptionists were super friendly. Railay itself was just incredible and I can’t recommend it enough

Very dated and old - definitely not worthy of a 4 star hotel rating. Rooms average, food average, not worth the price point paid when the hotel next door of equal standard was over half the price - felt very ripped off. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Great location! They welcomed guests with a drink and wet towel that I found very nice.. it’s close to east and west so I think location was convenient… checkout was at 1130 and they called me at 1129 which I found a bit rude but they allowed me to use the pool after my check out which I found very convenient! I will definitely come back

The property’s location was remarkable and couldn’t be beat! But the Villa’s were cool but could use a bit of updating. The breakfast could be better. It wasn’t a deal breaker but just some things I noticed when traveling around the country and in comparison to other places that I stayed.

Very friendly staff and great rooms. Amazing view from this resort. Good breakfast, loved the coffee shop on the property!

Fantastic staff in a peaceful surrounding. Slightly upmarket price wise but overall a great place surrounded by nature. Checkout staff not totally friendly and trying to make you pay for services you didn't use. Twice I was asked to pay for beverage we didn't consume.

Beautiful beach

No English, no signs, bad hotel policies

The location to the beach is great. The restaurant breakfast is horrible. Especially with no vegan options except salad (lettuce, tomato) and watermelon. Bathrooms need updating…our shower smelled like poo for days and had to be fixed. The bed made huge creaking sounds everytime you got on and off. The spa in front of our room looked undesirable. The monkeys attacked my daughter when walking by. Front staff was nice. Centara grand we stayed at next was a dream.

Beutiful beach and nice pool. Monkeys hanging around the hotel were very cool. My only complaint is that the long tail boats coming into and out of the bay all day were very noisy. Overall, though I would definity go back.

Beautiful location with super friendly, helpful and attentive staff! The welcome drink on arrival was perfectly refreshing, the buffet choice was extensive and had a fair bit of variety. Would definitely recommend the resort and would stay again!

Venue is amazing, with beach and cliffs

Nice place. One area which can be improved is to reduce the flies in the breakfast area

No hot water in both rooms of us and our friends, repair man could not solve it. The staff is very slow and not supporting when something was requested (extra towels were not allowed as we were "only two in the room, so can have only 2 towels". Nothing much to do around in the evening, only one street with few shops bars and restaurants.

Beautiful location particularly in less crowded sandbox circumstances. All hotels have clearly struggled and some of this shows. Breakfast less extensive than previous visits but egg station still very good. Jacuzzi in villa is in need of maintenance. Not all jets work and filler too slow needed to use outside shower to fill! Most staff helpful and well organized transfers from Ao Nam Mao. Hotel has a beachfront pool but it was used by non residents as security was inadequate to identify hotel guests. Grounds generally well kept but area around East entrance really quite shabby and contrast to West end of resort. Overall very good value as rates are significantly lower than previous visits.

Spacious but a bit run down cottage - the aircondition didn't work that well so it got pretty warm inside. But altogether a nice resort with a great location at Railay Beach..
