If you love walking around its convenient, if you like to drive around there is a secure parking garage in the condo for your car. An assigned parking spot in the secured garage (under the building) is included with the condo rental! The unit comes with high-speed internet/wifi.

The condo building has secured access for added safety. It offers a quiet setting which is great for relaxing after a day of sight-seeing, or for business travellers looking for short or extended stays. It's nice to be able to stay in the heart of the city, but not have to deal with the noise of the city.

Guests are required to sign a short term lease agreement (my HOA requires this) before check-in.

The Renter agrees to the rules as specified in the VRBO listing, including, but not limited to:
1. No smoking
2. No pets
3. No parties
4. No loud conversations on the deck
5. The premises must be kept in the same condition as when the Renter(s) moved in (carpet, appliances, furniture, etc.). The Renter(s) will be responsible for all costs associated with repairs or replacements that are needed due to lost or damaged property, beyond reasonable wear and tear.
5. Building rules to be followed about the noise and following parking signs and violations will have a fine.
