Welcome to Mountain Lodge 144-146, a rare 5-bedroom, 3-bath combination condo in Snowshoe’s Village area offering beautifully styled space and one-of-a-kind convenience. This property sleeps up to 14 guests and is packed with everything you need for an amazing mountain getaway just steps away from the resort’s shops, restaurants, and bars.
KEY FEATURES:
• 5 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms: Features a cozy wood-burning fireplace in one living space, an electric fireplace in another, boot and glove dryer, two kitchens, two washer/dryer units, themed bedrooms, and over 1,400 sq. ft. of living space.
• Accommodates up to 14 Guests with six sleeping areas:
- Master Bedroom: King bed
- Second Bedroom: King bed
- Third Bedroom: 2 Queen beds
- Kids’ Bunk Cave: 2 Twin beds
- Living Room 1: Queen bed (murphy pull down bed with regular mattress)
- Living Room 2: Sleeper sectional
• Ski-In/Ski-Out Access: Located on the first floor just steps from the building's exit straight to the main Village ski lift (Ballhooter), you'll find immediate access to trails, lessons, and Snowshoe’s top slopes. The Ballhooter exit is very close and the building offers private ski lockers for rent in this entryway to make storage easy.
• 2 Kitchens: Both kitchens are new for 2025 - fully upgraded with new appliances, and well-stocked with new dinnerware, cookware, and more.
• Double Balconies: This combo unit offers two balconies with breathtaking views of the ski slopes and surrounding mountains, one of which is a double deck, meaning this unit has nearly 150 square feet of decking (most units have 49).

For added convenience, there are two in-unit laundry areas, Smart TVs in five rooms, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. The boot and glove dryer keeps your gear warm and ready for your next adventure on the slopes.
PANORAMIC VIEWS AND SKI IN/OUT ACCESS:
The moment you step outside, you’re able to hit the slopes with direct access to the Ballhooter Lift, easily access to Snowshoe’s trails and beginner slopes, visit the restaurants and shops in the Village, swim in the Split Rock pool and hot tub complex (fee required), or visit the restaurants and kids ski school in the basement of our condo building. • While there is no air-conditioning, the cool mountain climate and first floor location ensures comfort even during summer months. Main bedrooms have ceiling fans and a portable window unit can be provided.
• Mountain Lodge is one of the original buildings in Snowshoe, which means we have the best location, but our common space areas (outside our unit) are a bit dated currently but slated for an interior renovation in the summer of 2025- stay tuned!
