Welcome to our spacious 3 bedroom 3 bathroom rural cottage. A perfect getaway for 6 guests and your furry friends. Nestled in serene countryside, our cottage offers stunning views and all the comforts of home. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, cosy living area, and partitioned garden perfect for relaxation and play. Explore nearby scenic trails or simply unwind and take in the breathtaking landscape. Ideal for families, nature lovers seeking tranquility. Book now for a memorable countryside escape
Parking is to the front of the property in a gravelled area.
You will enter the property by the front door in to the lounge. Here you will find large sofas and a 6 seating dining table.
This then moves through to a kitchen diner which also seats 6 and has access to the semi private back garden with table and chairs.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms.
1 x King and ensuite
1 x Twin and ensuite
1 x Double
1 x Family bathroom
We also have another cottage onsite called Bodgers End, so if you would like to increase your booking size please feel free to contact us directly. Bodgers End sleeps 4 & is also dog friendly.
Please Note - There is little or no mobile phone signal in this area, so you would need to ensure instructions are printed off prior to setting off on your journey
Getting to Sprink Farm, Ostlers End Cottage.
We recommend using the free App - What3Words, the location phrase will direct you straight to the front door of the property

The property is accessed through the village of Hartington
You will drive past the Doctors Surgery at the end of the village, down a single track lane, passing through a farm gate near to Bank Top Farm, you then drive approx. 0.5 miles until you arrive at Sprink Farm Cottages Gate on the left, pass through the gate (closing behind you) & follow the track over the River Dove for a quarter mile up to Sprink Farm, turn slightly left as you arrive and Ostlers End is on the right as you look at the building
Guests can enjoy the whole property and there is a semi private garden (see pictures) and far reaching views across the Peak District to the front.
You will have parking for 2 x vehicles to the front of the property, should you have more than two cars then please let us know.
Spa bath
The switch for this MUST be on for the spa bubble system to work in the bath
Switch is in the left hand bedroom at the top of the stairs - the ON switch is located at the bottom of the wall, underneath the sink

There is little or no mobile signal in the village due to the rurality, however there is WiFi available in the property.
We welcome well behaved pets. We do however ask that pets are not allowed on soft furnishings or upstairs for hygiene reasons.
An extra fee maybe incurred if any items are soiled or damaged. Feel free to bring along your pet beds and blankets.
The property has a log burning fire so please feel free to bring along fuel to enjoy cosy evenings.
Due to the countryside location we respectfully request that you embrace the occasional visitor, in the shape of a spider or two. We do our best every time we clean to remove them but sometimes they can be very persistent :)
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.
The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
