In New York City, location is everything, and my house is well located close to well-known sites like Times Square, Central Park, and the energetic Midtown district. The subway puts the entire city at your fingertips with seamless access.

I worked closely with a buddy who is a skilled interior designer to make this flat into an opulent, welcoming, and roomy sanctuary. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed, while the master bedroom has a queen bed. Larger gatherings can relax knowing that the well chosen couch bed provides unmatched comfort for up to 6 people.

Throughout your visit, you will find the bathroom well-stocked with plenty of towels and all the necessary necessities.

Should you have a taste for cooking instead of going out to eat, the fully furnished kitchen has all you need and even more.

Enjoy the luxury of air conditioning during the summer, which runs from May 15 to November 30. This will ensure a cool and comfortable atmosphere while you are visiting.

Absolutely No Smoking Is Permitted. This includes vaporizers.
Please respect your neighbors. Keep your noise level to a minimum when in the apartment.

Take your shoes off when in the house.

If you are staying longer than a few days please remove your trash. Trash Containers are provided inside the building.

Remember to unplug any irons and heated appliances when leaving the apartment. 6. Always keep the kitchen clean or bugs and roaches will show up.

Turn off all A/C Units when leaving the apartment.

Do not flush paper towel, sanitary napkins or diapers down the toilets.

Please ensure that only the number of persons booked for are staying in the apartment. You will be charged for any additional person from your security deposit should it proven otherwise.
