The space
Welcome to our cozy home in Rio Grande! With 2 comfortable bedrooms and a family room accommodating up to 6 guests, including a king-size bed in Room 1, a queen-size bed with a reading space in Room 2, and a workspace with 2 twin beds and a TV in family room . Enjoy the convenience of a fully stocked kitchen and a washer/dryer combo. Park your car securely in the 1-car garage. Perfect for families or groups looking for a comfortable stay near El Yunque Rainforest and other attractions in Puerto Rico! Netflix included, 35 minutes drive from SJU international airport. 5 minutes drive from Luquillo beach and los Kioskos de Luquillo with more than 10 restaurants. 3 minutes drive from Rio Mar golf course, 10 minutes form Coco beach golf course ( PGA COURSE). 20 minutes drive from marinas which you can choose from to take a boat ride to Icacos , Palominos, Vieques and Culebras Island. Enjoy our jacuzzi in the completely private backyard.

Guest will have access to the entire house with the exception of the owner's closet.

This house does not have a secondary power generator or water cistern. We encourage our guest to call us as soon as they can so that we can contact the appropriate authorities to expedite the response and to help cover any basic needs.
