Everything. The staff were very helpful with any questions we had. They also upgraded our room which gave us a view of the piazza and Pantheon which was idyllic. Most nights we had the window open listening to the crowds and local street performers playing violin, piano or guitar. We plan to go back and we would definitely pay for this room. They also provided a small birthday cake which was very kind as well as fresh sweet treat biscuits each day. The location is phenomenal, walking out to see the pantheon each morning was amazing. We walked everything we wanted to see in the city, with the furthest main attractions being no more than 30 minutes walk away. If you enjoy walking cities to appreciate all of the architecture and culture then this is a perfectly placed basecamp.

L’emplacement central permet de tout faire à pied : Colisée , Vatican , Trevi , spagna …Le personnel est très compétent , surtout Duccio ( dont le français est excellent ) . Les chambres sont agréables . Petit déjeuner très copieux et de qualité . Personnel irréprochable

La chambre avec une fenêtre à 2 m de haut le premier soir . Impression d’être dans une cave mais à 226€ la nuit . Le prix des consommations est le double des bars de la place du Pantheon . La prochaine fois nous affronterons le vent et la pluie .

창문만 열어도 판테온이 보이는 환상적인 뷰와 해가 잘드는 룸이어서 호텔만 들어와도 기분이 좋았어요. 주요 관광지 도보 이동도 용의했고 늦은 시간에도 안전한 느낌을 많이 받았습니다. 조식도 너무 맛있었어요! 😊 마지막날 체크아웃 후 주신 커피도 너무 감사했습니다. 덕분에 공항가기 전까지 편안하게 대기할 수 있었어요. 로마에 다시 가게된다면 또 숙박하고 싶습니다.

not enough hot water (only lukewarm after 9:30); requested a bath, and had a shower/bath but no stopper to convert shower to bath and could not get one the next day so had to move room; TV noise from next door came through wall too easily; furniture was adequate but very plain/simple in style like a business motel/hotel

Loved the beautiful accommodation, the amazing Pantheon right outside the door! The breakfast was so convenient and had everything you could want. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the accommodation just had a good feel :).

Great location and air conditioning! The dolmas are small but tidy and comfortable and the bathrooms are larger than you expect. Excellent showers. Loved the tv where you could stream easily.

Layout of hotel is quite choppy and usable spaces are small. Carpets are clean but look older and could stand to be updated.

EXcellent location. in front of the Pantheon. Our room was in the annex. would have preferred to stay in the hotel the next time because it is convenient. The staff were very helpful though especially Gabriel who helped us with our bags (transferring from one room to the other) always with a smile. We had issues with the original reservation as it was also a suite in the annex building. The beams were too low and though we are not really tall, we'd find our heads bumping into the beams if we were not always mindful. Very inconvenient. we asked to be transferred to another room. it was much better. The staff was very accommodating and also went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and pleasurable.

Low beams in one of the suites in the annex building. lamp shade on the side where the low beam is so very challenging. bathroom at the far end of the suite. so realistically if i was staying in the bedroom i'd have to pass 2 living rooms to get to the bathroom. most inconvenient.
