Elevator didn't go, small bathroom, dirty mirror, lack of soap for washing up

The only positive point is, that the stuff is very friendly and helpful
A/C not working, Rooms hella dirty, Smells brutally. Asked to refund some money but no chance at all.. never again.

The location is terrible. Full of teens who party through the night with little respect for other guests. When informing the staff they simple didn't care. There was even a knife thrown in the pool. The place is clean enough and good facilities but if you are over 25 don't come here for a relaxing stay.

Very nice structure and in a perfect position to reach many places of interest in Zakynthos, structure suitable for young people and couples but also welcoming for families, the staff was incredible, very kind and they all speak English, the lady (I think the owner) was fantastic throughout the stay, always very kind and helpful it was nice to meet her (I hope she remember us ☺️) and also the guys at the Bar, a special thanks goes to all of them from the bottom of our heart, we will definitely be back!

Very nice staff.
We had breakfast included in our stay, they made us everything we wished for.
The room was not completely clean upon arrival. The shower is designed in a way so that water overflows the floor.

Lovely little apartments, excellent value for money, room was a bit dated but for the price more than acceptable, reception and bar staff lovely, my hairdryer broke in my room, this was fixed within a few hours, wouldn't hesitate to stay here again
Shower took a while to generate hot water and a bit of dirt/grime build up around the shower curtain

It had very good parking which was perfect for me as I travelled using my personal vehicle, decent breakfast, very fast check in/out, the location was ok

within an hour of booking our DELUXE apartment was given away and we were issued a different room. the next day the moved us again into one large room (family of 5) and said this was the deluxe apartment. when then had to pay more money to get a separate room for the boys and although they were both 13 they were charged as adults. This cause much upheaval during our stay. other than that the place it’s self was lovely, clean and in a good location

The room was very nice loved the pool staff was very friendly and helpful gave me a ground floor studio due to mum being disabled did as much as they could to keep her comfortable can’t ask for any more

The hosts are unbelievable kind and caring. The apartman looks better than the photos, and the area is quiet. The breakfast is very good, try 'paradise special'.
The walls are thin, so bring ear plugs.

The loveness and the best they try to do for you.
In the morning they made me a very good breakfast even if it was not on the list they made it for me.
They come clean the room.evryday.
They realy do ther best for us to have a great holiday.
The english people destroyed alot of furniture, bathroom they break down evrything.
Also the scooter i rented had alot of problems because of them.
Thats what i dont like, because the greece people are very nice and kind.

Just want to say a massive thank you to Sandra and family, always so welcoming and friendly hotel was nice, clean and well presented.
