One day we were late for breakfast but the ladies brought almost everything back for us to eat. It was a very kind gesture that I have not seen in any other hotel.

The stuff was not available all the time. The reception was open till about 11AM. We arrived in the evening, about 7PM, and we had to self check/in through an electronic device located at the entrance with Czech as the only available language. We could pay only by card and only in Czech Koruna even though the booking was in Euros. When we entered the room we did not have a controller for the air-conditioner, we were calling the two available phone numbers, one was not answering and the other one picked up but the person didn't speak English. We asked the help of a local to call and speak in Czech. But after the successful call someone arrived in just 10 mins (that's the good part) and gave us the controller that was not even the room.

Great stay, really big & comfortable room, free drinks in the dining room :-)

Check in machine was a bit clunky and kept rejecting my passport number/ details so I had to start again a few times

The accommodation was really nice and clean and the stuff was really friendly and recommending to anyone.
