Die Unterkunft war sauber und lag ideal in unmittelbarer Nähe zum See und Hafen von Friedrichshafen. Ein Parkplatz stand direkt vor der Tür zur Verfügung. Dank der optimalen Lage konnten wir schnell verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants erreichen. Jeden Morgen haben wir das Frühstück im Aika genossen, das nur wenige Gehminuten direkt am Bodensee entfernt liegt – absolut empfehlenswert. Im Zimmer standen Kaffeetabs zur Verfügung und zwei Biere waren als Willkommensgruß im Kühlschrank bereitgestellt. Ps. Falls man mehr Kaffeetabs benötigt, kann man einfach nachfragen.
Es handelt sich lediglich um kleinere Mängel, die der Vermieter sicher beheben wird. Ein Beispiel hierfür ist der Wasserkocher, der durch den vorherigen Gast offensichtlich beschädigt wurde und daher nicht mehr richtig schließt. Uns wurde hierzu bereits zugesichert, dass er ersetzt wird. Außerdem wäre es ist sinnvoll, die Zimmertür besser zu dämmen, um die Geräusche von Nachbarn im Flur zu reduzieren. Zu guter Letzt: Das Internet funktionierte im Allgemeinen gut, war jedoch beim Streamen nicht immer zuverlässig. Ein Fritzverstärker sollte hier das Problem locker beheben.

The location was perfect! A short walk away from the pier, restaurants, the park etc.

It was cold in the apartment. When we arived it was 14C in room! We found haw to improve the temperature! They are keeping some big dogs, smell very strange! They took from us deposit of 100 EUR, like we are some unruly guests, even the expencive price was full paid from our company in total in advance!

The owner responded to this review with a rude comment, with lies ("small surcharge"), and with personal remarks.

The location of the apartments are very good, close to the lake and city park.
Hosts were nice and friendly. They have answered promptly all the questions we've had before arrival and met us at the property when we have arrived.
This apartment has a separate entrance and a very nice small garden shared with several other apartments. It created a special atmosphere.
Can't say that I didn't like it, but the name of the apartment was a bit misleading. It was called "executive" apartment, while in the reality this is a very nice family apartment. May be, adjusting the name would be a good idea.

The hosts were more than friendly and super flexible and accomodating. They invited us to a special dinner and cultural exchange that was super warm and interesting! The location is excellent. Easily to reach by train, walking distance from lake, supermarket, main attractions in Friederichshafen and transportation by boat or train to explore surroundings of Boden see.

All electronic and kitchen utensils in the apartment are both top quality and fully equipped. That's why we were able to eat different meals of the day both in the garden and at the huge dining table in the kitchen. The furnishings were very comfortable and clean. Thanks for everything!

The studio was very modern and very comfy with a full kitchen and lovely bathroom.
The location was very central, with lots of restaurants and the lake withing short walking distance.
We traveled with our small dog, so having a closed garden was important as well as having a big park across the street to walk him.
Parking was also secure and next to the property.
The owners were really nice and even invited us to an evening of wine and fun stories.
I had to work one day and the WiFi was not very stable.

Perfect location close to the ferry and train station and to the restaurants. Comfortable flat and pet friendly. It was great and hosts were very helpful

The hosts were very friendly and the location was walking distance to all the Friedrichshafen attractions. If you are a cyclist, there are very well marked paths to your adventures.

Karl & Family were quick to respond and very welcoming. They spoke English, which is always a benefit for us since we struggle with our German. The apartment was very clean. It is right next to a train station so that is a bonus if you are looking to travel more. It was walking distance to just about anything you could want.
The neighborhood was noisy at night, which is no fault to the owners. That being said, if I were to visit Friedrichschafen again I would have no issues staying with Karl & Family again. The walking and welcoming outweigh the noise.

The apartment is very cozy and comfortable. All the facilities available. No noise at all, and in the city center with available par kings.

Location was great. Close to the water and shopping/restaurant area. Fantastic tv and stereo set up. Fridge had free drinks which was nice.
