Lovely place - Nada was a great host, very accommodating of our needs.

Parking in the little alleyways of the old town is sometimes difficult to find.

The fruit, juice, milk, coffee, water and pastries were fine for breakfast with a bonus sample of their olive oil to try! The location was very central to the medieval part of Lanciano with a lovely local festival on the nights we were there. We enjoyed the little balcony. It is in a residential area which gives a very authentic experience. Car parking was available on the street not far away and we were able to drop bags at the door. Fabulous vaulted ceilings.

Due to the close proximity of neighbours, bring earplugs if you don't like to hear their loud conversations.

Only 4-5min walk to City Centre, Lanciano, lots of places for shopping, restaurants, fresh bread stores, fresh pasta stores, lots of coffee bars, & lots of bars are nearby. 3min walk to nice grocery market. 6min walk to the Sanctuary that's the location of the first Eucharist Miracle, known as the "Miracle of Lanciano." It was very comfortable and a great central location. Climate control was fully adjustable. Radiator heat & also a super quiet electric dual function AC & Heat unit. Owner was accommodating and very courteous. She also speaks English, which was a very big positive for me. I wished there had been a microwave, but I lived without it.

EXCELLENT. The room is more than ample, very big and comfortable, much better than the pictures. Excellent location. The owner gave us a warm welcome. Great breakfast with lot of fresh fruits, juices, and sweets. If I come back, I will repeat. Sure

Location was great. The property was very clean, nice breakfast treats, especially fresh from the bakery treats.

Parking was hard to find, but it is like that anywhere.
