La ubicación del alojamiento era buena, una zona muy tranquila para descansar

Llegamos al alojamiento y una vez allí la dueña nos dice que NO podemos poner el aire acondicionado porque no funcionaba, en pleno Agosto con 36 grados, una calor insoportable y nos ofrece dos ventiladores (SIN POTENCIA) Una decepción contratar un alojamiento en verano que contaba con Aire Acondicionado y llegar al alojamiento y nos comuniquen que no lo podemos poner en pleno verano con toda la calor cuando es un servicio que ofrecía el alojamiento y que habías contratado principalmente por ese servicio para poder descansar y desconectar en tus vacaciones… Después de pasar una calor que no se podía dormir para nuestra siguiente sorpresa, HABIA RATONES, cosa por la cual teníamos que tener todo cerrado para que no entrasen en la habitación, cosa que hacia que en la habitación hiciese más calor. En los 5 dias que estuvimos (4 noches) ninguno de los dias nos cambiaron las toallas de baño, tampoco nos tiraron la basura y no se nos proporcionaron más bolsas de basuras de las que habia puestas...

Such a quiet and peaceful location! We stayed in the maisonette and highly enjoyed the private terrace. The bed is huge and comfy. The owner was lovely and very helpful. The pool was nice as well. Short walk to beach and 7 Hanging Valleys trailhead.

It could have been cleaner, kitchen required a good wipe down.

Our host Nina, has set up the place so wonderfully well. She definitely has paid a lot of attention to detail. She has even provided her guests with make-up remover pads! The room was very comfortable, spacious and airy. The kitchen was very well-equipped. We had a shared terrace overlooking the pool and a nice view of the terrain nearby. The beach is just a 10 minute walk away. You also have a few restaurants in the vicinity where you could walk to. The beach that I mentioned Praia do Vale de Centianes is part of the 7 Hanging Valleys Trail and you can use it as the start/end point. All in all had a great time there.

.... that we didn't spend more time around there! Nothing bad.

This is a wonderful place- relaxing and beautiful, well landscaped property. If it were warmer, I would have loved the beautiful and clean pool area! The owner was kind and well resourced in helping make a wonderful stay. She is clear that she is doing winter work of updates and property care- the room was inexpensive but spacious and quiet and had wonderful antique furnishings and plenty of kitchen appliances to be self sufficient. It was a short drive to many beach areas, restaurants and shopping. A few places are accessible by walking.

I didn't realize the hot water heater was solar powered and so one time, my shower wasn't very hot. (It was every time after).

The peace and silence in Casa do Milho is simply unique. Nina went above and beyond, she is by far the most hospitable host I encountered while travelling through Algarve. The one-bedroom apartment is tastefully decorated, bright and airy. Her villa is a heaven thanks to her kindness and we can't wait to be back.

Location was fine ! Quite close to beach within walking distance! Bed was perfect nice and firm, shower and toilet were good .nice quiet area .the pool was good bit small but ok.

As for self catering you would struggle, bare minimum of of kitchen equipment. Furniture was very dated in my opinion I felt it all needed refurbishment bathroom cupboards were old and most of drawers wouldn’t open . Over all it needs some TLC
