Accessibility to tourist spots, local restaurants. Morning breakfast was awesome! Location was definitely a plus.

The garden was amazing. Food was great. The beach front bar and small infinity pool were great. Location was great. It felt safe and secure.

The bungalows could have had a bit of decor / character in them. The AC unit was noisy. I think the price paid for the bungalow was fair when you factor in the whole of the place (beautiful garden, included good breakfast, infinity pool, location ) and not just the room itself.

We stayed for 3days 2 Nights for our honeymoon. The view from the room is stunning! They also gave us complimentary cake for our honeymoon. Aside from that, nothing special. Service is okay..... standard. The housekeeping team are quick and attentive. F&B staffs are also friendly. Here's the bad stuffs that made our almost 18,000php/night stay unworthy. The place looks old and dark specially the hallway and the lobby. The room that we booked is the panoramic suite which is VERY FAR from what is shown on the photos. The window tint are peeling, there's cracks on ceiling, bathroom doors are misaligned and there are COCKROACHES running inside the bathroom at night!! The simple stuffs itself are very disappointing. For example, the tissue is just 2-ply which easily breaks and leaves residue on your tushy. The toothbrush and comb are plastic and not eco-friendly + they are not comfortable to use. There's a free lush bubble bar and the shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion are L'occotane but it is not filled up tp our needs which should've been enough for 3days and 2 nights stay, so I run out of conditioner on our last night... There are basic cable and the quality is also not good. There's a DVD, but who uses that thing in 2023? It would be understandable if the hotel provides range of movies that could be rented like the old-school entertainment services in other hotel. TV remote has netflix button BUT the TV itself is not even a smart tv so it is not functioning. The remote for the window curtains are not even functioning well too. On our 2nd day is also my birthday, where we just decided to chill and relax in our room. However, there was NO wifi from 1:30pm till almost 10pm...  They said they are having an internet upgrade and should be done in 30mins-1hr but it took hours!

Staff, Cleanliness, View from pool area, restaurant, all of the above is perfect. The staff are helpful in relaying options for visiting islands, and arranging transport either by boat, and later, to Coron's airport. The restaurant service and selections are exceptional, providing a wide range of breakfast, a limited, but good list for lunch and dinner entrees.

Had I known, I would have booked a room facing the ocean. Although street activity and culture is lively, the noise might keep one up at night, and wake one up too early. I will return to Palawan, and will gladly stay at the Two Seasons again.
