the hotel is nice and its location. we stayed with my senior parents and it was quite a challenge for them to through the stairs to reach their rooms but since we stayed out most of the day outside doing the island tours they only had to go up and down few times. to avoid circumstances like this I suggest to request rooms or book a room that is not at the hotel’s highest rooms which is the pool side and some of the 2x double bed rooms.

Clean and modern. The staff was helpful and the room had everything you expect, including AC that does not point toward the bed.

If you stay “poolside” you need to climb a lot of stairs. The pool has no sun nor space to lay down just for a dip and go.

The staff were sooo kind and helpful, easily the best characters I've met in the Philippines. Location was 10 minutes walk to the island hub area. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The area looks very nice. TV had so many channels. AC was powerful.

The restroom was okay, but the shower wasn't spraying hard enough to get a good clean. It was a little inconvenient climbing so many stairs to get to our room. Internet connection was poor

Family room was really spacious and clean. Breakfast included is very rich even not very various. Wifi network very efficient. The staff was very reactive compare to a lot of others in the country. Always finding solutions.

-not too far from downtown. -their restaurant, Manggis, above the check-in lobby had awesome food and drinks, and even a live band for their new year’s party! the staff working the restaurant were all friendly and attentive as well!! -staff was A1 when it came to customer service. camille & jamie at the front desk went above & beyond the call of duty when it came to making sure we were comfortable and taken care of our whole time there. they even provided us to go sandwiches and water bottles upon check out!!

nothing at all. sure, we could nitpick certain things that are just minuscule but there’s really nothing to complain about. we only see Vela Terraces getting better as the tourism boom in Coron gets even bigger. we only wish and hope the best for this place and its awesome staff, and that they stay as friendly and attentive as theyve been the busier they get!

Everything, good location, not directly in the busy street but still close to most of the restaurants in town. Staffs were all so nice and provided great service!

The stairs are definitely a bit killer, especially with bags upon checkout and it's a little further out from town without free shuttles. Depending on the tricycle you would get asked to pay 25 up to 100 for a ride

A refreshingly Western standard quality of hotel facilities for Coron. All staff were polite, presented well and helpful. Welcome drink and cold towel offered upon arrival. The on-site restaurant had some tasty dishes, a good in-house menu and WiFi was strong enough to take video calls/meetings in the room and in the public areas. We had an early Ferry to El Nido so they kindly provided a packed breakfast sandwich to take with us as an alternative to breakfast on the premises which was surprisingly very good. Shower was also great and hot. There was a small clothing rack outside the room to dry clothes. We have inspected the room and mattress for bugs and there wasn't anything found. Everything in the room was very clean. The sunset view from the hotel was very nice.

For some of the rooms there are a lot of steps to climb so accessibility is difficult for those with limited mobility but the attendant or security are quick to carry your bags to your room :)

I liked how spacious the rooms are and how fast the wifi is in the room and all over the property. I was able to take two Zoom calls without any hitches, so it's a good spot for those working remotely. Rooms are very clean, beds are very comfortable, and daily housekeeping is prompt, and the food at their in-house restaurant is delicious! I especially recommend the taco pizza and the tapa, room service is an option too. Most of all, the service of the hotel staff has been the most accommodating -- they ring up a tricycle or shuttle van for you if you need one. Overall, it's a great spot.

The stairs can be quite a hike, but the perk with our spot was it was right next to the pool on the fourth floor. I just consider it as my daily cardio. I would appreciate it if there could be a mini fridge and hair dryer in the room, but it's not a dealbreaker.

it is not the best place to have intimacy, the rooms are in the front of each other.

No free tea for breakfast, only coffee, if you want to drink something warm in the morning apart from coffee, you have to pay for it. poor restaurant service. Average breakfast

The room wasn't value for money because it's quite small with modern looking but poorly installed fixtures. There was plumbing issues throughout my stay and was only fixed after I asked 3 times. The front desk isn't responsive to requests.

Everything. The pool was awesome. The staff was exceptional and that still is an understatement. Three nights of being pampered. This place is a must stay for anyone visiting Coron.
