Responsive, personable customer service has played an instrumental part in our great family experience thanks to amazing staff/management. Great central location, walking distance to the beautiful park, skate Park and overall Bright hub. Above and beyond experience.... so much so that we will be back soon.

More a suggestion for winter periods, having kids and being such cold winter...electric blankets at least for kids single beds would be amazing.

bed was SUPER hard and I think mini golf should be free for guests, we paid $1200 for two nights then and additional $65 for mini golf.

Location was excellent.

No blinds in the living area so at night people could see right in. A fireplace would have been good and expected for the price of the property. The couch was clearly an electric recliner but you weren't allowed to recline. Couches not very comfortable and my 6 foot 3 partner struggled to fit

Very modern, clean, comfortable, excellent kitchen and facilities.

2 seater couch. Couldn't lay down on couch with partner as it was too small with high ends.

King bedroom sometimes can hear some water dropping sound at night.
