All appliances and furnishings are brand new and squeaky clean. The property is well designed and managed and is very comfortable to stay at. The breakfast was absolutely exceptional, both in terms of variety and quality of food. Highly recommended!

Whoe, what a stay. Despite not being located in o the most known village of val camonica, this little house is immersed in the calmness of the woods close by. The staff is very very kind and will go the extra mile to help. I was surprised to find a nice quote in my room which described (almost like a wonderful spell) my journey. Sparkling clean. The breakfast is more than delicious, with cakes prepared by the owner with local products. Si Simply wonderful

Although she did not speak any English, her translator on the phone worked great and her son stopped by when we were checking into explain everything. No issues at all. The place was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great. She made wonderful baked goods. She is obviously very proud of her place and made it for a wonderful stay. They also make their own jam and we took home some for gifts. There wasn't much around but the restaurant right down the street worked out great for us for dinner. This was a stopover for us so the location outside of a city didn't really matter.

Beautiful property, stylish decor, clean, quiet, amazing breakfast, little chocolate treats in the room and friendly owners - we would 100% recommend this place!! We stayed in the family room with shared bathroom...luckily we did not have to share and the sliding door to close off our room and bathroom was great for privacy.
