Location was as promised very central, good facilities

We were there in hot weather, wanted to sleep with windows open, but opposite apartment windows could see straight up to bed area making it,awkward.

Close to everything and in the middle of town.

No air conditioning during this heat spell, but the apartment had 2 fans.

Bang in centre of all amenities. New modern shower room. Studio is Cosy as stated. 2nd stay at this property Back again in a few months for 3rd time says everything

The studio is warm, in fine style and very comfertable; by sheer contrast, the interior of the building itself is shaby, and the owners would not arrive to let us in although we stood for two hours by the door and called booking.com throught these two hours...

location, location, location

Needed some TLC. common area was dirty. couldn’t stand up in the bedroom or shower, staircase was awkward, no lights other than 1 standard lamp.

The parking; though Rodolphe explained it perfectly on the chat. Other than that: Nothing really, everything was OK.

The appartement has a really nice Vintage style. The balcony is lovely. The kitchen is well equipped. Everything was clean. The location is perfect.

The mattress and the sleeping couch were not really comfortable. When you come in summer you have to use the ventilator, the appartment stays warm at night.

the apartment was excellent, the location was noisy because of deliveries of goods to commerces in the city centre and these deliveries start early morning making terrible noises. We had to sleep with open windows because it was warm. This is no problem but then the terrible streetnoise comes in. There is a ventilator ok, but we don't sleep with that, we don't like to sleep with that. Another major challenge for us was the parking. I parked twice in a public garage but I found it too expensive, I had to drive over the bridge of the river Têt to find a rather safe and free parking spot, but it was not practical for me. This lovely studio is best for young people who travel by public transport, because it has no free parking place nearby. For me as a senior it was a challenge!

The place was amazing. Located in the city center in a lovely street. The host lets us do the check in 3 hours before and we really appreciated. The studio was clean and organized. We have no complaints! we will be back :)

My suggestion would be for the box where you pick the keys up to have the name of the property so it's easier for us to know that's the right place.
