The hotel is recently refurbished. It is situated on the quiet street and not far from the SoPi neighbourhood with restaurants and bars. The metro is 5 minutes walk. The personnel is very friendly. The rooms are OK size for a parisian hotel. Value for money is very good.

Insonorisation is bad: you can hear everything happenning on the street, my neighbour in the other room was snoring and I heard it very well. Breakfast might have been a bit more nice.

Check in was easy. The staff was helpful when we had questions. Breakfast was served in a sweet little breakfast area that was cozy. The food was good, but overpriced. There is a very nice sitting room adjacent to the lobby and bar for waiting or relaxing.

This property did not match the photos online. The building interior is drab and yellow from terrible lighting. The narrow stairwell is hard to navigate and is dark. The elevator holds one person so you either take the stairs or wait. The hallways are poorly lit. Our rooms were pitiful. Where were the cheerful, colorful rooms from the photos? They were so depressing and yellow. I understand this is an old building and I would have called it ambiance or charm if it didn’t look like everything needed painted and cleaned. This property is located on a very narrow road that does not allow access to buses. We did not realize this and had to take a taxi everywhere as one of our family members could not walk the distance to the bus stop.

All basic facilities were provided. Ideal for solo travelers and young couples to stay for a night or two. It’s value for money. Staff at reception was very helpful & pleasant.

The hotel had a very friendly and cosy feel to it. The staff was very helpful to arrange transport to the airport. The location is central, and the rooms have been recently renovated. It is also nice to go in a family hotel rather than a standardized chain.

The price of hotel rooms in Paris have undergone a sharp increase after Covid, and this hotel was no exception. I feel the room price was somewhat exaggerated, and the recent increase was obvious as old prices were still posted on the room door.

Great location, clean room, friendly staff and great to have a 5th floor balcony. Easy to walk from Gare du Nord and close to metro line to the Louvre. Pretty park at the end and a nice cafe. Quiet road but close to main roads for shops.

Only 1 person at a time in the lift (tricky when we were on 5th floor), outdated card reader so could not use Apple Pay, breakfast at £12 each was very disappointing, lacked fruit, nothing hot, limited variety, quite dreadful by the 3rd morning.

The location is excellent. I could walk from the Nord station, and there’s a metro station near from the hotel. the staffs are all supportive and I was treated very well. the facility is not the latest model, but it’s good enough for staying. and everything was clean.

Many thanks to our host for staying up to receive us. It was half past twelve by the time we arrived and were leaving at 6am, they were awake each time and extremely polite.

Comfy bed. Relatively clean and quiet. Walking distance from Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. Ok for a weekend.

It's ok. Do not have many expectations about facilities. Wifi not existent in my room, but did not need it. Small TV with limited channels, but did not use it.

Friendly staff and great location with 3 minute walk to Metro.

Our room did not have a great room and if we opened our windows, it opened right out to another room and terrace where people smoked and it entered our room.

Was veryGreat little hotel close to Paris gare nord, and all attractions. Staff were very good. Buffet breakfast nice, typical continental. Will visit again when next visit Paris.
