Location of the villa within 100 meters from interlaken west train, bus, boat station, malls, supermarkets, and halal restaurants. Size of the villa was huge. Good view from all windows, overall amazing location.

Only one toilet was small. No washing machine, no dishwasher, no daily cleaning or towel change.

Pictures on the booking site indicate this to be an apartment but it is actually an attic. You have to climb 4 floors including narrow and steep stairs to attic. Once inside you cannot stand straight due to low attic roof. Place is full of cockroaches and spider webs. There are no beds just 4 single twin camping like cots. Pillows are makeshift thing. Owner is rude and hangs up on you when you try to talk about the property not matching the booking description.

Excellent location - very close to the interlaken west railway station, bus stops, shops and restaurants. Living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom were all spacious and good value for money.

The location is great. rooms are fairly big size

1. the host was not responsive AT ALL. 2. they did not send us the code to open the key lock. We had arrived late in the night and had to literally GUESS the code. Fortunately it worked. Had nightmare thinking where am I gonna move my family in the middle of the rainy night. 3. When we entered the room, there was water from the rain all over the place, because the windows were left open. Some part of the bed was drenched too. When sent pictures to the host, they did not respond whatsoever! 4. The pictures do not show that there are additional stairs in the house 5. Weird that the bathroom is out 6. Not suitable for tall people as you keep hitting the roof 7. Kitchen cleanliness is average 8. No communication on where to put the keys when we check out Overall, most pathetic experience in terms of irresponsible host, would not recommend for family.

We enjoyed the space and privacy an apartment offered.

It wasn’t near the lakeside, and there weren’t many good restaurants around that we experienced.

It's not comfortable for a family. Safety issues for children. Don't have a lift. Very dirty kitchen appliances like toaster. Not inline with the pics shown in booking app. The roof is Inclined thus very less space to move around. No light in shower area.
