I loved the breathtaking views! Breakfast was phenomenal the staff were very pleasant.
The manager racially profiled my guest because he thought they were staying in my villa due to the color of their skin but they had their own villa. That was inappropriate and unprofessional!

La villa con jacuzzy privado en el exterior amanecer con esas vistas fue una pasada, resaltar la amabilidad de la chica de recepción de 10, el desayuno también buenísimo.

nous avons beaucoup apprécié la propreté, le calme du lieu, la décoration de notre chambre.
La chambre et les lits sont confortables, la piscine est grande et propre. Super petit déjeuner !

Sehr liebes Personal und sogar Hilfe beim Tragen des Gepäcks; wir konnten auch etwas früher einchecken.
Der wunderschönste Ausblick direkt vor der Zimmertür und am Pool! Alleine für den Ausblick hat es sich schon mehr als gelohnt.
Wir hatten mehrere Tage ein Zimmer mit eigenem Whirlpool und sind am Ende nochmal in ein normales Doppelzimmer, weil es dann nicht mehr verfügbar war. Das Whirlpool Zimmer war ein Highlight, schön geräumig mit großer Dusche und alles sehr gepflegt. Der eigene Whirlpool war auch toll und das Wasser etwas wärmer als der Pool.
Im Pool kann man auch ein bisschen schwimmen, riesig ist er allerdings nicht. Wir hatten Glück, dass es immer sehr ruhig war und wir fast immer den ganzen Poolbereich für uns alleine hatten. Generell war es sehr entspannt.
Wir haben uns 2 Tage ein Auto um die Ecke gemietet und die ganze Insel erkundet. Hin- und Rückreise haben wir mit dem Bus gemacht. Die Haltestelle ist direkt in der Nähe. Es gibt auch einen Supermarkt direkt in der Nähe. Es gibt auch etwas vegane Auswahl, aber nicht allzu viel. Auswärts essen ist vegetarisch einfach, vegan auch weniger Auswahl in der direkten Umgebung. Aber alles machbar. Uns hat die Lage dennoch richtig gut gefallen, weil es so schön ruhig war.
Es gibt keine Toilette am Pool, d. h. wenn man ein Zimmer weiter oben hat, muss man immer einen kleinen Berg zu seiner Toilette gehen. An sich kein Problem. Die Zimmer mit Whirlpool sind direkt nahe des Pools.

Der traumhafte Ausblick auf die Caldera und der der beheizte Whirlpool. Das Frühstück war super lecker und ausreichend bis man am Abend ins Restaurant gegangen ist 👍🏼
Das gesamte Team des Kokkinos Villas war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt 💙

Our room overlooked the water off of a cliff—the view was outstanding.
Parking was hard because there is a steep decline to reach the property. The sidewalk down to the hotel was slippery and I fell.

What a beautiful hotel perched up on the coast of Santorini. Only a bus ride south of Fira, the town of Akrotiri itself was wonderful! Our room had beautiful views, easy access to the pool and great restaurants in town. It was a highlight of our trip!

Vue magnifique, piscine, plage et restaurant à côté. Personnel sympa.
Qu'on nous propose une suite 2 chambres et que au fait il y a une chambre et un salon avec un canapé lit. Et que certaines photos sont photoshoppées. La vue principale était magnifique mais il n'y en avait pas sur le côté.

Die Lage war wirklich klasse, die Zimmer weit genug von der Straße, dass der Straßenlärm nicht zu hören war.
Das Frühstück ist speziell, man muss vorher bestellen, was man haben möchte. Das funktioniert in den meisten Fällen nicht zu 100%, es wird allerdings gerne das Fehlende nachgereicht.

Struttura molto molto bella, in posizione eccellente per visionare un panorama da favola. Stanza molto grande e pulita, col senno di poi avremmo preso la stanza con idromassaggio nel terrazzo.

Good rate, very helpful and friendly owner. Easy walking distance to groceries and restaurants. The included breakfasts were very good-- you could choose what you wanted the night before. The views were amazing. The pool area was a bit smallish but very nice to be able to use.
A bit out of the way. Our suite was a bit strangely laid out. One bed, which we took, was in the main room so had no privacy (was the only way to access the kitchen and bathroom and exit door) and the only way to the balcony was through the other bedroom. We didn't get a private outdoor pool (hot tub) which I had initially thought came with every room (booking.com description was unclear when I booked but has since had pictures updated). Be sure to check the Q&A to see which rooms actually include the hot tub. Room smelled a bit dank when we first got there. The property was advertised as having a spa with massage services. This wasn't exactly true. When we inquired we were told they could call someone to come in and give us in-room massages.

This hotel was heaven on earth. The hotel services were fantastic, attentive but relaxed,so a perfect combination. Breakfast was great too. The rooms with jacuzzi made it a special trip.
If you want that view you have to expect steep.

The villa was close to restaurants, the mini-market and bus transportation.
Breakfast was good. The view was excellent. The staff went out of their way to help and accommodate.
There are lots of steps, so we got a good work out daily walking to where we needed to go :)
Upon arrival we were given a different room (1-bedroom) than what we had reserved (2-bedroom), supposedly because of plumbing issues. Although the room they gave us was acceptable, it was not what we had reserved. The next day we had to apply some verbal pressure to get the room we reserved and it was a minor inconvenience to have to repack and move. When asked if we could receive any type of compensation, they refused. The room we relocated to did not have any hot water in the kitchen. The small flush on the toilet also did not work. We found a couple of dirty glasses in the cupboard as well.

The view of the Caldera was stunning and super relaxing. The room was perfect for a solo traveler or couple.
Staff was super friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and had a bar. Breakfast was efficient and expedient.

Loved the location, very quiet and relaxing. The drive to Fira is only about 20 min and 30 min to Oia. There is a beautiful spot to watch the sunset by the lighthouse less than a 10 min drive away. Great location if you want something relaxing away from the crazy crowds in the more popular towns.
The rooms and the views are lovely and everything is very clean and well-kept.
My only issue would be very limited vegan options for breakfast, but you can make do - there's almond milk, bread, tomatoes, olive oil and fruit.
