Cute room

No hot water for two days, the host has forgotten we were coming. We paid a rate that was higher than the rate advertised locally then what we got online

10 minutes walk from the center where the restaurants are. The bungalow has stylish decoration. There was daily cleaning of the room.

It was not clear if we get a breakfast or not, because the general description suggests we get ("Masairi B&B features free WiFi and breakfast.", "Daily buffet breakfast prepared with local ingredients is served at the property."), but the reservation stated that "There is no meal option with this room.", and we couldn't choose breakfast during the booking. Finally there was no breakfast included for us, but some people were having breakfast. One evening there was no hot water for me, but after half an hour there was for my couple; in general, it took 2 to 5 minutes to have it warm. There was no shelf in the bathroom to put the toiletries on. The sink was in the room instead of the bathroom. There was no wardrobe. The room was cold by morning. There was no heating, air conditioning and safety deposit box in the bungalow, although they were mentioned amongst the facilities. Wifi was not working a lot of times.

The room was very cute, and perfectly sized for a couple traveling. The king size bed was perfect and the breakfast was nice. The host was also easily reachable by WhatsApp and helped us accommodate well.

San Pedro de Atacama had a city wide water shortage during our stage, however the hose had a backup water supply that was available during the night but was very low in pressure. The Jacuzzi was in the reception area so it wasn't very tempting.

People were not very friendly from start to finish

Perfect location, less than 10 minutes walk to the main square on street parking and safe. Accommodation private comfortable and clean , WiFi great very relaxed atmosphere would recommend
