In need of upgrading and refurbishment although the owners seem to be carrying out a program of improvement.

Little appartement pretty well furnished. Bed was really comfy. Nice balcony. Very quiet hotel, really nice to rest. A/C working well. Swimming pool and jacuzzi access. Staff was nice, we asked for more tea/coffee sachets once and were lovely and fast.

Bin hadn't been emptied before our arrival, but thats pretty much it !

UNIT 10 is not a deluxe place , paint missing everywhere, no drinking glasses , only wine glasses ,the microwave is from the 70s , the bed mattress is so soft , the crockery is all crazed and the cutlery is paper thin , no face washers, no oven, no salt and pepper, the furnishings are very old and stained, the glass sliding doors , DONT slide, the kit bench is sticky

Location was excellent. Bed was comfy. Facilities were fine for the 2 x nights we were there. It was simple and easy to check in and out, all in all good place to stay. Easy walk into town which was great.

Good location. Comfortable bed and sheets. We enjoyed a quick swim in the pool and sitting on the balcony.

Compared to everywhere else we stayed in Queensland this unit seemed very poor value for money. Maybe it was because we were in Noosa? The furniture was old and the dining chairs were wonky! The kitchen was very basic, with mismatched crockery and flimsy cutlery. There were only wine glasses and no tumbler type glasses, no plastic glasses for use by the pool. The fridge and microwave looked very old, but worked well. The plug got stuck in the bathroom sink which meant that we couldn’t use the sink. The unit wasn’t very clean in places. The wooden blinds in the bedroom were very dusty. There are new owners and it looked like (and sounded like) they had set about renovations!

I booked this very last minute without really looking at what my room would look like. When I walked in I was in complete shock. It was the most beautiful place, the lounge and bed were super comfy and it had a real nice beach vibe about the place. There was a washing machine and dryer in my apartment and an outdoor courtyard. The beach was a flat 10 minute stroll or you could get a free bus which took about 3 minutes. Definitely going to come back and stay here next time I visit Noosa!

Apartment needed a good clean and sheets had not been changed as blood on sheets when arrived 😒 apartment was dated and things needed replacing as broken eg: teapot/ saucepan. However this was unit 11 we also went to unit 7 and that was Modern, clean and beautiful, U11 owners need to take a leaf out of U7 book and update a little.
