Big clean room with Excellent Onsen , very good dinner. Would want to go back again

The onsens were nice and the staff are incredibly friendly

Just nitpicking but there are no power outlets by the bedsides

very spacious suite with private onsen. in room onsen is clean and spacious. modern design gives you simplicity and cleaniness. Japanese restaurant is good price with good food(we were the only customer there for dinner). Buffet breakfast offered large varieties.

we asked the hotel to reserve a jumbo taxi to airport. but they came up with a private car which is not paid according to meter but a fixed price which is 1/3 more expensive. the hotel didnt tell us it was not a meter taxi at the point of reservation, we only know when we actually saw the car. they should let us know the price when at the point of reservation. we had no choice but to take it because we had a flight to catch. training of the staff need to be improved.

The room facilities are very modern and comfortable. The dinner is fantastic. The hotel staff is very helpful. Location is convenient.

the buffet. the breakfast and dinner buffet are catered for tour groups. Food quality is very bad and there are no difference in the selections across the 2 nights while we were there. The quality and selections is not worth what was paid for.

Near to bus station and short walk to street with food, shops, hell valley.

Onsen dated but clean and works well.

Great onsen. But until August 31 2022 their outdoor onsen is being renovated. So not all baths are available. The food was great as well. Everything in the town is within walking distance.

Good onsen hotel with several different types. Room size is bigger than most in Japan. Free parking is nice considering the town isn't connected too well w/ public transportation, would have stunk to have to pay for parking.

While the buffet for both Dinner and Breakfast was huge, the overall taste of the food was just okay. A lot of dishes were warm/cold and not hot.

Beautiful hotel with a great location. Room and food were excellent but the onsen was spectacular. Fun little town right across the street and Hell’s Valley is an easy walk through town. Astra pizza is excellent.

Onsen, free amenities, breakfast and dinner buffets, location to the Main Street and Jigokudani.

We thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable modern room, the wonderful selection of foods at the smorgasbord. Everything was very professional and maintained at a beautiful level.

The dinner and breakfast are really good! The onsen is really relaxing and location is pretty convenient.

The smell in the room is annoying. (Unfortunately we could only get smoking room) also room facilities are a little bit old.
